My apologies that you've experienced difficulties with your Bentley Transcripts and video downloads. Both are issues that have been escalated and are being worked. If you will contact me separately about specific certificates of completion needs, I can forward those to the appropriate party for attention. Or, you may prefer to submit a service request.

Also, thank you for your candid communications. I appreciate your circumstances and will share these up the chain of command. Your patience is very much appreciated as we await resolution.

yes. I have tried few minutes ago and still the links for all the training videos, which I have tried are not available or not uploading

Agreed, LearnServer seems outdated slow technology, definitely can use an overhaul

We've been having issues with this site for about a month now.. Even when the videos were working, it wasn't recording the users' progress. We needed to get two users trained for a proposal and was not able to print out the completion certificates. Even after we contacted them, they couldn't produce ANY documentation for us to use! This site apparently needs to be overhauled because it's not great even when it is functioning. Just my $0.02.

They havent been working since Friday the 31/5/2019 for me.

I was in communication with the Learn team earlier today. They're working this issue and hope to have resolution soon.

I have been experiencing these problems for the last 3 days. I can see the links to the related videos but the video itself doesn’t pop up. I guess there’s a problem with the server
