Is anybody having trouble accessing videos on Bentley Learn? We haven't been able to access videos on the Bentley Subsurface Utility Engineering courses
Yes, I'm having the same issue now, no matter what browser I use.
I accessed the LEARNserver this morning and videos are working. Thanks for you patience. If you should run into issues, please be sure to file a Service Request.

My apologies that you've experienced difficulties with your Bentley Transcripts and video downloads. Both are issues that have been escalated and are being worked. If you will contact me separately about specific certificates of completion needs, I can forward those to the appropriate party for attention. Or, you may prefer to submit a service request.
