IR v08.11.05.45 - I have deleted a few alternate surfaces from my templates and in the roadway designer, but they still create when I create my new surface. They still create as empty surfaces with 0 features and triangles.
Is there any way to purge the corridor of the old alt. surfaces?

An End Conditon Exception is another template drop. It can also store alternate surface flags on their points as well.

Nevermind. I found that the alt. surfaces of the backbone get stored in End Condition Exceptions. I am not sure why the backbone of an ECE wouldn't update with the template. CR for this?
