I have imported multiple parcels into OpenRoads from an InRoads ALG. It has imported them all as not featurized. Is there a way to select all these Linear Geometry elements and assign them the same feature definitions. Currenlty I'm having to select them one at a time and change them.

Try the set feature definition command. See snippet below from the help menu. It supports selection sets also so you can add all the imported elements to a set and try this workflow.
