Automatic catchment delineation in OpenRoads

 Is there the automatic catchment delineation tool in openroads?

In the latest version, there is auto-catchment feature in Subsurface Utilities. 
 You access the feature when you place a storm water catch basin, and you pick a terrain model as the reference element for elevations. we need the terrain model as the surface to run the delineation on. See the following SIG:

This dialog can be found at Drainage and Utilities>Tools>Project Tools>Catchment Delineation Settings.

I have been told that this dialog will be in the 2019 Release 3 version of OpenRoads Designer.
