Hi,
Since upgrading to U7 I am noticing that point controls and corridor references are not as accurate as they used to be.
Corridor Detail.zip
Left and right sides do not match the matchline.
Why is this happening?
Josh
Hi Josh,
We have to add Key Stations everywhere (at all display rule points +- 1mm) - it is such a waste of time for something that should be hardcoded into the software.

We also noticed that the precision of the DGN is linked to the precision of the template point constraints in the ITL. So if your template was created in a DGN with only .XX accuracy and your corridor DGN is at .XXXX accuracy, the display rules don't apply properly due to rounding.
I could swear the "External Control Points" flag for Corridor Feature Defintions doesn't seem to work (the same) as the old SS4 Design Stage setting
I'll try that. Something like this happened to me last week on a different project so I am going to assume I'm dealing with the same issue in both files.
That makes sense but the file I'm working in is set to 0.12345 accuracy. The kerb part of the template was created back on U2 so that may be the issue, I'll try recreating it.
