I am moving from Inroads to OpenRoads. Are the Design Surface Tools such as "Place Feature", "Generate Longitudinal Feature", "Drape Surface", "Project Line to Surface", and "Generate Isopach Surface" available for use in OpenRoads?

Here are some tool equivalents however they are not apples to apples. There might be other tool combinations that would work better.
IR Place Feature = OR Horizontal and Vertical Civil Geometry
IR Generate Longitudinal Feature = OR Horizontal and Vertical Civil Geometry with Offsets and Tapers toolbox
IR Drape Surface = OR Horizontal Geometry and Profile from Surface
IR Project Line to Surface = OR Vertical Civil Geometry with MicroStation Trim/Extend tool
IR Generate Isopach Surface = OR Create Delta Terrain Model
