Hi,
I've seen ORD crash before but never quite like this. Once the crash is triggered it's not a single file that crashes, it's every single ORD process. No crash report to submit, task manager and end task is the only way to be rid of it.
Any one else getting this?

Hi Josh,
We see much more instability when users run multiple sessions. As far as I know ORD (just like all the Power Platform products) are sharing Preferences, etc. between all the sessions you're running so if they get corrupted all sessions will suffer. Hence Nico' s suggestion to clear your Prefs.
