Hi,

i have everything shown in the link you sent, but still i am still facing file crashing at importing of roadway .. i even changed user, uninstalled and reinstalled the conceptstation package. Also i tried with different users from license prespective .. but no luck ..

My system is also updated with the latest updates from microsoft .. and latest update of conceptsatation..

It works fine here, you may have an issue with accessing or maybe your firewall.

We have one license and we have a dedicated machine for this software .. What could be the possible reason ? Only this feature is not working. I tried with admin user but this time it fails sharply after it downloaded and imported the roadway ..

Hi Nico,

I tried after clearing app data of user but it did'nt worked for me ..

i am using updated version of ConceptSatation (10.00.11.32) ..

Please advice if any other troubleshooting needs to be done ..

what version of ConceptStation are you using? try cleaning your preferences

delete or rename this folder

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Bentley\ConceptStationApp
