[ORD 2019 R2] Can it be Installed over R1 or Should We Remove and then Install?

During the installation, R1 will be uninstalled.

Please be aware that in the uninstallation of one software package for the newer one, the uninstall is complete; that is, ALL files within the standard directory structure will be replaced. Please make sure that ALL modified files within are backed up before updating the software.
