How to draw a vertical offset (of 2 metre) to existing ground level for profile design ?

You can try the "Profile from Surface" option to get the profile at a desired vertical offset. You can find this option under "Vertical panel > Profile Creation drop down > Profile from Surface". You can also consider the video on the link below:

1) I cant find the "Vertical panel > Profile Creation drop down > Profile from Surface" option in MX Road SS4 V8i.
2) there is one more question viz. I want to increase the height of all features of my survey data (e.g. spot levels,3d polylines, ponds, existing carriageways etc.) by 0.5m. How to do this ?
I presume you are not using the OpenRoads technology tools.
1. Create a long section through the ground triangulation, and the copy it with a 2m vertical shift as shown below.
2. Copy your survey model to another model, applying a z value translation of 0.5. Use options COPY 059 and 060.
