Some dialog boxes are not opening when commands are executed from the ribbon as an example when I use the "New Corridor" command the dialog that allows for selecting a feature definition doesn't show up. Also when I click on the "Named Boundary" on dialog appears.
Try moving the 10.0.0 (C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner) prefs folder to your desktop and relaunching the software.
