Yes, exactly as you wrote.

I investigate it with editor and "corrupted" ITL has comma as decimal separator. According our regional settings, Windows set comma as decimal separator. I have set it to point, but it seems that Windows update (1903?) change this settings ..and I open ITL library with this settings. In that moment ORD cut all decimal places.

Decimal symbol is still very important settings.

Did this occur after an update to your OpenRoads Designer version? We had a similar issue a few versions ago with a particular user where their machine was a non-English environment (Regional settings) and I think it could have been related to the decimal separator. If you are working with a regional setting where the decimal separator is a comma (,), you may try changing that to a period (.) to see if it will resolve the issue.

We initially received a copy of the ITL from the user and when we opened the ITL, we could not reproduce the issue directly. Then upon saving that ITL and sending it back to the user, they were able to see the templates correctly. So that may be another option as well if the decimal separator isn't the issue. It would give us another opportunity to test the issue with a different dataset if you are able to upload your ITL.
