In a project with multiple files we have one geometry file that suddenly won’t keep the active profile. As long as the file is open, the profile stays active, but as soon as we close the file, the active profile is lost. Setting a different profile as active doesn’t resolve the problem. As a sort of workaround we use the named profile to assign levels to the corridors to make sure the rest of the models are not affected. Exporting a genio and using that to create a new file is a last option because of other geometry files that are linked to this one.Does anyone have an idea what might cause this behaviour?

Just uploaded the file containing the geometry, there is only one complex.
I deleted all the elements in this file, created new geometry and still the issue remained. This looks like a corrupt dgn. Ive logged a defect for the issue.
