What or where do I change the variables in ORD to create a custom Geo Coordinate, aka make is so I can take a std projected coordinate system and add false northing, easting, scale and rotation.
In previous versions it was in the .ucf

With ORD .ucf doesn't exist to my knowledge so where or how is this to be done?
By default, the ORD ucf is 'C:\Users\<User.Name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\Personal.ucf' - see the variable '_USTN_USERCFG'.
