Hi, I am setting up Plan and Profile drawings (with plan in upper section and profile in lower section of a sheet) and I was wondering if there is a way to apply an overlap in profile drawing models to match the overlap applied in plan drawing models? The Place Named Boundary Civil Plan dialog has Overlap field which works well for plan views. However, there is no corresponding Overlap field in Place Named Boundary Civil Profile dialog (with Method: From Plan Group).
When an overlap is applied to the named boundaries for the plan views then the named boundaries for profiles appear shorter. The difference in the length between the plan and profile view ports is equal to the overlap applied to the plans. I tried to manually adjust the named boundaries on profile (by extending to left and right) before running the Create Drawing – Mode: Plan and Profile, the linear elements (alignment and terrain) got extended but profile frame annotation come still short as before the adjustment. Refreshing the annotations for the profile drawing models produces the same result.
