ORD 2019 R2 - Is there a fast way to find Feature Definition

Question

As far as I know a Feature Definition can be chosen in the Feature Defnition Toggle Bar and at the Tool itself. Our organisation has hundreds of Features with long Feature Names and paths. The small toolboxes looks far from ideal. 
 What could help: 
 -A Feature Window (like the Level Manager). A bigger Window gives a larger overview over the hundreds of Features. 
 -A search Function. 
 
 Are the such functions in ORD and if the answer is no, is it an idea to implement this in the future.

 Have you tried the Geometry > Design Elements > Select by Graphical Feature command? Its probably the best thing we have so far and also allows wildcards. More tools are necessary though... 
 
 If you know some VBA, you can also use it to write a macro that scans the DGN and can search using "property handlers". Here's something I put together using MicroStation VBA:
