OpenRoads Designer SUDA - Trim Profile is not working properly

If you partial delete a utility profile, for example to redesign part of the profile, what should have now been a gap is still shown. This makes a complete mess with parts of the old profile visible on top of the new and correct profile.

Sample workflow to reproduce:

1. Create a non-gravity utility line, such as a water line, using a terrain model and depth to define the profile.
2. In some areas, the profile is likely going to be very jagged or otherwise does not reflect reality.
3. Create some new profile geometry to eliminate the jaggies
4. partial delete the original profile. The portion partial deleted is still shown
5. Make a new complex of the interval before the "Gap", the new section of geometry and the interval after the gap.
6. Set the new complex active.  Still the portion which was partial deleted is still visible.
