[ORD} corridor object window doesn't show up!

Question

Try to open [ORD] corridor object window, it doesn't show up. anyone knows the way to turn it on? thank you in advance.

I would first try and clear out the following folders and see if that works 
 C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\civil_commands 
 C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\civil

Try setting your taskbar to auto-hide and it should reposition it to a new visible location. It seems to sometimes get lost outside the visible part of your display when multi-monitor setup changes.
