TMPLsurvey linking code has been extensively talked about both in InRoads and Openroads but I simply cannot find any example anywhere.
Can any experts out there help.
What file format to be selected to enable this to be processed?
Ideally I would want a video demonstration of the workflow involved here.
To help in answering this I have attached a file to be processed in OpenRoads.

Here is a wiki on the topic: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/13445/using-linear-feature-templates-tmpl-code-in-survey
Hello Marc,
I have already read this post on this community. I believe I do understand the offsets alocated to the various features. What is not clear is how this data is imported into the fieldbook.
I am not sure I can use TEXT WIZARD IMPORT. If this is the case, how are the horizontal and vertical offsets assigned?.
It may interest colleagues who want to help out that the sample data provided here are in the format of PNumENZCode. A video example would be very helpful.
Thank you.
Hello Augustine,
I created a txt file with the data formatted as showed below and then used the load data command:

I am very grateful for checking on me. I have tried your approach but then ORD opens another window to chose the file format. I have tried the many options opened to me but with little success.
Find attached a screen short of what was achieved.
Thank you and I look forward to your further comment on this.
I wish you would try it from your end to enable you share your results with me.
Thanks.
