Is there an option to create a dynamic offset string that changes as we make changes in quick horizontal design in real time
(As i am also a civil 3d user there is an option "add offset alignment " in which the offset line also shifts as we adjust our alignment)

No, this option does not exist in quick horizontal design.

You can design a string at the required offset once the horizontal alignment is completed.

Yes sir but the string doesn't change as i change my geometry , that means it cannot be done
