Display existing right of way lines on ALL dynamic cross sections

Question

I am trying to show my existing right of way lines in the dynamic cross sections but when I set the RW lines profile from surface active, and then update the dynamic cross sections it shows up as follows only for one station. When I go to the next it disappears. Why is it only showing up until I move forward or backwards?

 This is a bug that is still in 7.1 if you use a drape on the Row to the active terrain sometimes it doesn't work.. I have a 20km project where none of my Row's were annotating ... . Seems to work fine if the feature is in your template. My work around is the following place a null point in your template with project to surface as one of constraints then use a horizontal point control to move that point to the row. Now to see these in your cross sections you need to switch on include null point features under the corridor display settings under the openroads standards. That how I got it to work on my project.
