I am in the process of creating the templates required to generate cross section sheets, and I am tesing these on a design file.
When I edit the .dgnlibs (both sheet seeds and feature deffinitions for annotation groups) and then return to the design model to recreate the sections, it just creates them using the previouse definitions of these files.
Is there a way of refreshing/purgeing/compressing the unused annotation groups so that they update to the edited standards, and alow dynamic additing of teh cross section styles?
The only way at the moment is to remove all the annotation from all the models in the current DGN, then delete the Annotation Group and Annotation Definitions. It will then read the dgnlib. (You may need to stop ORD and reopen so that the updated dgnlib is read again.)

Once I have removed all the annotation from all the models, what is the best way to delete the annotation group and annotation deffinitions?
Is it possible to add functionality "sync with library" similar to corridor templates?
To delete the AG and AD, open Explorer and delete them from there.
I believe there is an enhancement logged for that - Enhancement 728790.
