OpenRoads Designer 10.7.1.32...

Folks:

I received a message through Connect Advisor that I have an update to install: OpenRoads Designer 10.7.1.32.. I received the update request this past Wednesday, 2019.09.11.

I was under the belief that this particular version has issues with templates and/ or trash in the design file and was being cancelled until these issues could be worked out by the coders. I submit the following post from Ian Rosam:

"It has come to our attention that the 2019 Release 2 (10.07.1.32) has a problem with the reprocessing of templates. This results in displaying both the correctly updated mesh and associated linear features, as well as the previous mesh and linear graphics. This problem arises after dealing with changes resulting from edited control geometry residing in a reference file(s). 

Given the severity of the issue we have removed this version from software downloads. Rest assured we are working on a solution that repairs affected files and will post the new version once we have verified the fix and passed QA. When available you will receive a notification in the Connection Center to download the new version".

I would assume that the "fixed" version would have a different release number in order to keep it from being confused with the version with "issues". Has version 10.7.1.32 been fixed and has it been assigned a new release number, or has it been fixed and has kept the same release number? In other words, does my Connection Client que have the fixed version ready to install, or should I ignore the update?
