Please try to complete uninstall ORD and removing folders ORD under following locations (if they exist) and then try to reinstall it.

I get that error when I try to uninstall. so there is no way I can "try to complete uninstall". I assume I don't want to delete the folders if the product is still installed.
Any Suggestions?
