Hi. I try to install the ORD's newest version (2019 release 2), but an installation error appears (0x80070643). What problem is this? Can I solve it?

Please try to complete uninstall ORD and removing folders ORD under following locations (if they exist) and then try to reinstall it.
It was pointed out to me to Download and run Microsoft Fixit
after running this I installed the product.
It seems a good solution.
I solved this problem following next steps (without delete folders manually)
- Uninstall Connect Advisor, Connection Client and Lumen
- After, uninstall OpenRoads
- After, install Connection Client and OpenRoads
