Hi Chris,

Civil Cells created in OpenRoads SS3/SS4 should be upgradeable when opened in ORD as far as I know. You'll need to add the configuration variable _CIF_ALLOW_EXTENDED_UPGRADES = 1 to your workspace to enable the process first though.

I don't think so. The Civil Cells in ORD need to be created within Mircostation CONNECT version with ORD. I'll someone else verify that.
