I think you would be better off pasting the message into the forum - opening an unknown DOCX is not something I would do from a security point of view, so I do not know what your message is.

If you are not under maintenance or ACTIVE SELECT Subscription, then you need to checkout from your non-select activation key. Check under License Management Tool. Under License Checkout, select the Subsurface Utilities Design and Analysis, click Checkout, panel as below appear, click OK.
If you are under maintenance, you need to go to License Management Tool, and activate the product.
Location of the licensetool.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MX V8i (SELECTSeries 4)\MX)
