Is it possible to profile an element to a tilted plane, equivalent to the old DESIGN 152 command in MX?
Not that I am aware of - I have worked around this by making a terrain to represent the tilted plane, and draping.
As Mark suggested only way to create a tilted plane is to create horizontal geometry around the area needed and the create the vertical gradients needed for the tilt. Set these verticals as active then add to a terrain using Terrain from element.
Then to Section in to your profile use quick profile from surface to add the tilted plane to your vertical design.
This is how I do roundabout design in ORD and have built it into my own Roundabout Civil Cells
