Using ORD 10.070132
When placing a T intersection civil cell, the horizontal appears fine, but the elevation of the cell is well above (~100') the profile of the side street C/L. Any suggestions on why this might occur?

Have you customized the T intersection, or working with the default one? Does this happen at any other locations? Can you send the dataset to check the issue here?
I just tried it at a second location with the stock cell and I get the same result. See below.
