ORD 2019 R2 - Suda - Model Builder - Using Bentley Design File (dgn) doesn't work

Question

I've got a dgn file with lines and information (items like Invert in / Invert out / Diameter). This represents a drainage structure. I want to use the Model builder to convert this file to a 3D drainage model (depths, diameter, etc). 
 However, if I try to open this file in the Model Builder I get the message: 
 Loading Library: 'C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Subsurface\Haestad.DgnDb.dll' failed. 
 
 What am I doing wrong?

Hi Louis, 
 To build a 3D utility model from DGN graphics, you need to use the "create utility from Graphics" import tool, not model builder. The DGN option in Model builder is available only in plain StormCAD/SewerCAD/SewerGEMS.
