I am having the issue shown above with my proposed ground. I generate the proposed ground from my corridor but it is obviously ignoring some of the points. So when I pull elevations there appears to be no curb in some locations.
The thin white line in the cross-section view is supposed to be my proposed ground. But it is ignoring the gutter on the right and tiying into the top of the curb and doing the same on the outside left curb.
That was it.

It looks like you have vertical segments on your curb, placing the top face of curb at the same horizontal position as the bottom face. Offset the top face of curb .001 from the bottom face.
