Framed annotation with collision shift in OPEN ROADS

Hi, 
 
 I want to create an annotation group like one I have in In Roads: 
 
 Can any one help me with the settings. What I could Achieve is: 
 
 How can I adjust and trim leader line to move the portion in red box down within the grid to achieve the desired result?

I do not believe that there is currently any way to do that. I could file an enhancement for you if you would like.

You should be able to adjust the collision shift properties by opening your Explorer, following the path displayed in the screen shot below, and then clicking on the "..." next to Annotation List in the Properties box.

Once in the Annotation Manager, you can go through all of the different properties to change your annotations, and a Collision tab should be visible under Row Properties. I played with a few settings, and the ones that helped me get my drawing to most resemble what you want were the Shift Location and Shift Slant Height.
