Regarding Corridor/Template Drop Error in OpenRoad Designer

Question

Dear All, 
 I am having problem in Creating 3d model, as you can see in the above image that there is a void/ gap in the corridor. Can any one help me to solve this error ?

Use alias names in the templates points to be the same name. The template cant join items that have different names. For instance cut/fill for me the template point names are L_CUT and L_Fill and I alias them both to just L_Daylight. It knows to join them. Be careful and make sure to use L_ and R_ for left and right or it gets CRAZY. LOL

Deval, 
 The gaps are created between 2 different end condition feature definitions (Type A4 and Type A7). The gap what you see is the TRANSITION between these two EC's. 
 See snapshots below from your dgn file. Try adding a key station at the middle of these gaps and it might fix!
