OpenRoads Designer Connect Edition - 2019 Release 2 Update 7 - Version 10.07.03.18
I'm using the Geotechnical Tools, after I connect to my gINT project database file, I want to display my boring locations on a 2D basemap file. So on the Borehole tab of the Database Connectivity and Mapping dialog, after I set-up the Location data fields, I then select my Borehole Representation cell, which is SOIL_PROJ, from my cell library and enter the width of the cell (which I don’t understand why I have to do that.) I then get to this Level Creation Field. My borehole cell is created in my cell library on one of our established standard levels. Where is the option under this Level Creation setting that will leave my borehole cell on the level that it was created on in the cell library? Instead of placing the borehole cell on some entirely new unknown, non-standard level?

Brian L.
As it says in the 'Level Creation' description, Default uses a level called 'Borehole' etc. A workaround would be to use 'Cell Description', and have the cell description equal to the name of the level you want to use. (I am not a gINT user, but that would work.)
gINT seems to be using MicroStation Levels in a unique way - I would file an Enhancement Request to get this behavior changed.
