I am having trouble getting my plot sheet to look the way it is showing on my screen. all of the patterning was created in element templates and applied to components and solids. The elevation view is just a saved views of the clipped volumes. It looks ok on my screen, but when I use Iplot to create the pdf, some of the lines and patterns are showing up too dark. Also now my dimensioning is not printing. I have attached two files as an example. One pic shows the drawing, and how it looks in microstation, and the other is the pdf of the plot sheet

There is a board dedicated to plotting issues: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/f/geopak-inroads-mx-openroads-forum
That being said, Iplot may be its own animal, and there may be some resymbolization going on. You will need to find whoever set it up to track down what might be being changed. Also, check your printing (view) attributes - dimensions and construction elements can be filtered out by a printing configuration so that they won't print.

Do you have the Plotter Driver, correct pen table and design script loaded?
Have you tried the Print command? Select Printer / Microsoft Print to PDF or Adobe PDF then Print.
We have migrated away from using Iplot anymore do to issues with drivers for new plotters. We now use Print Organizer and Print commands
