Once a ramp is connected to the main roadway, how can I go back and edit the ramp connection from tapered to parallel or vice versa?
You can select the ramp and edit its parameters but you cannot change a tapered ramp into a parallel ramp. You will have to select the ramp, delete it and recreate one of the right type.
