How do you go back and change/download the aerial imagery once the aerial has already been streamed from BING?

I'm sorry to tell you that you cannot apply different aerials to your 3sm. Your 3sm terrain with Bing was created with mesh tiles optimized for fetching the Bing aerial imagery. You will have to create another 3sm file using your original terrain data.
