Thanks for your engagement on this subject. Below are my problematic links. If interested I have included the historic link of my correspondence. Seems that there is better actions through the Communities than raising a ticket. Also maybe able to assist me on the second attachment. Would I be correct that the email support to the Project Delivery forum would be ProjectDelivery@communities.bentley.com ?

Summary: Partner raise a SR regarding the issues with Bentley LEARN but his SR was closed by Srushti with taking any action about the same.

It does not seem reasonable to close a Service Request until the issue is resolved. Note the issue still pursists – I am adding a new SR based on the attached. It seem to be typical not atypical cases. Are you able to provide any influence.
