I need to create cross sections and there is not a command to do it. Here is what I see:
You will need to go to the Open Roads tools in the Task Menu.
SS4/SS10 is a hybrid of SS2 technology and ORD technology, and you have to back and forth between the task menu and the dialog box to complete the project.

Does not work, can't define surfaces to display
The surfaces come from the 3D model attached to your active file when you cut the sections. Everything in that file or referenced to that file will be displayed. The command does not use DTM's at all.
Be careful attaching 2D data to your 3D file as it will also end up in your sections. It is recommended that you never attach a 2D model to your 3D models for this reason.
And unfortunately, there is no way to refresh cross sections or to edit a surface in a section and export it back to a terrain.
