Hello,
Currently working on a project that has multiple alignment that are attached to the main corridor alignment. (ie. indented car parking bay parallel to the main alignment.)
What Im wanting to do is with in the framed data box is to have multiple alignments for a single heading or data line. see attached screen shot.
Ive tried by adding 'insert label' which creates an additional line under original heading but when creating the frame only one alias appears and not option to have multiple as I would have hoped.
Can it be done??
The green alignments indicate the indent car parking bays which are separate alignments.
If I understand you correctly, you want to add more than one alias, correct?
Yes, and keep it within the same Heading/data block (ie. for the example within the heading 'DESIGN INDENT KERB LEVELS')
The default profile annotation groups delivered with ORD have only one alias. You can create more by editing the annotation group:
Then you will be able to point rows to the different aliases you have set up:
When you annotate your profile drawings, you'll be prompted, as normal, to choose which profile element belongs to which alias name.
I hope this answers your question.
Hi Warren,
Yes i had created all the alias and assigned the the separate profile to each of the alias, but unfortunately when the frame is created and the alisa are selected for the the profile that have projected onto the main alignment only one set of data will appear and others come in as 0.00.
The interesting thing is that if a new headings (shown in the screen shot on the left side) this would suggest a part of the process is working but just not the level data is not coming (screen shot 0.00, on the right side) in unless ive not got the setting wrong.
screen shots may help
Hi Cain,
I just want to let you know that I have filed your Enhancement Requests under:
