I have been told that &quot;<span>we are experiencing some issues which is preventing the videos to play on Chrome &amp; Firefox, we are working with the security team and the video hosting platform to fix the same.</span>&quot;&nbsp;</p> <p>I have tried on IE, but that has not helped.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
