OpenRoads videos not playing

Oleg - I have just raised exactly the same issue internally. I have been told that "we are experiencing some issues which is preventing the videos to play on Chrome & Firefox, we are working with the security team and the video hosting platform to fix the same." 

I have tried on IE, but that has not helped.

Darren Zimmerle (in a similar thread) posted - "Browsing InPrivate (Microsoft Edge) seems to have resolved multiple webpage 'video access - error loading media: File could not be played.' This may be of interest to others. "
