I have been provided with a survey model made of Meshes and BSpline Surfaces. I want to be able to display these in the Profile view of my alignment using the Create3D Cut tool, or similar. How do I do this without creating a separate terrain model based on the data that I have been provided with?

The Create3D Cut tool displays a cut through anything that is in the 3D model. You should not have to create a terrain model to use this tool.
