When can we expect the release of 2019 R3, it's almost the end of January!
I'm very disappointed about the delays without a clear communication it looks like Bentley takes the users not serious enough and we can't make decisions on how to move forward and implement this in our company!

Firstly apologies for the delay and lack of communication. We are committed to delivering quality releases and take QA very seriously. Where our QA identifies issues we endeavour to address them but can’t always predict how long this process will take and needed to hold until it was ready but we seem to have been on the verge of release for over a month now.
I understand this is frustrating but the good news is the release has passed all the audits and is in the final stages of posting, so it should be going live to down load any time. Given the timing we have renamed it to 2020R1 and will be posting release announcement when it goes live.

Ian, Thanks for the update, and I can imagine how a quality system can delay products. Please keep in mind you better can communicate even it's not always what the client will hear but just to manage client expectations.
So maybe also a good to share a road map for 2020 or present this in a SIG?
