ORD 2020 R1 - template point - Cannot set the horizontal feature constraint

OpenRoads Desiigner CONNECT Edition - 2020 R1 Update 8 (v10.08.00.88) - I was trying to use the horizontal feature constraint to control my corridor and could not get it to work.  When I edited my template to check the feature name I noticed that all my horizontal feature constraints have changed and I cannot set them to what they need to be.  After checking the box, I can select one but when I save, close and then reopen the point the horizontal feature constraint is reverted back to the First feature shown in the feature list.

Is any one else having this problem?

  • Yes, this is a problem in the 10.08.00.88 release.  We have it logged (Defect 1074808) to be fixed in the next update.  When you select a Horizontal Feature Constraint it does save to the ITL OK, and it can be used OK in the corridor, but every time you open the Point Properties dialog it reverts back to the first Feature Style in the list so their is a possibility it will be changed if you don't set it back to its original value before you hit Apply again.
