I could not reproduce with the latest versions. I suggest loading the latest ORD and if it is still an issue for you, then file a service request for the guys to take a closer look

Was there an answer or root cause regarding this issue? We have users that are experiencing a similar situation. They are running ORD 10.07. 00.56, and PW 10.00.03.167.
