PROPOSED CROSS SECTIONS EXCEEDS THE GROUND LINE INSTEAD OF ENDING ON THE GROUND

Have been creating cross sections some of the cross sections have exceeded the ground line   

And the other one creates designed line on the left

Please Help i need this solution

  • Is the modeling interval on your corridor in the Roadway Designer the same as you are cutting cross sections at? Remember, the Roadway Designer only models at the interval (and any additional "Modeling Options") and everything in between is an interpolation from one modeled section to the next, therefore the daylight line (your cut/fill) may show up as "exceeding the ground line" on those interpolated sections.

    Also, in regards to the second screen capture, are you turning on the "Exterior Boundary" toggle on the "Create Surface" command? That could be why your design surface is shooting off to the right.

  • The  drop interval is fine is set to 25.even on the cross sections that were generated as per interval they still show a proceeding design line on either side...

    Also tried not to create the design surface also failed..

    tried the solution you gave me still yet did not solve this anyone who knows how to fix this please help....
