I'm sorry but I'm not quite following your response. Have you tried to toggle on the "Add Exterior Boundary" when you create the design surface? Please see the attached picture for the toggle I am referring to.

The drop interval is fine is set to 25.even on the cross sections that were generated as per interval they still show a proceeding design line on either side...

Also tried not to create the design surface also failed..

the design line is extended as seen on image

tried the solution you gave me still yet did not solve this anyone who knows how to fix this please help....

Is the modeling interval on your corridor in the Roadway Designer the same as you are cutting cross sections at? Remember, the Roadway Designer only models at the interval (and any additional "Modeling Options") and everything in between is an interpolation from one modeled section to the next, therefore the daylight line (your cut/fill) may show up as "exceeding the ground line" on those interpolated sections.

Also, in regards to the second screen capture, are you turning on the "Exterior Boundary" toggle on the "Create Surface" command? That could be why your design surface is shooting off to the right.
