Point Control Failure

What are you trying to accomplish?
What steps are you taking before "it" fails?

Sorry for the late reply. I was under pressure to move quickly, so I found a crude workaround.

I was using OpenRoads.

I had created a Point Control to widen a lane from 3m to ~3.2m. (This is a simplified version for the purpose of illustrating the point. There was really no way to model it with Parametric Constraint.

The Point Control appeared to fail. At one end of the lane, the lane snaps back to 3m wide. It was as if the Point Control failed at that end.

It sounds like your point control starts and ends between processed stations.

So for example, if your corridor only processes stations every 5m (processed at SV 0 000 and at SV 0 005), but your point control starts or ends at SV 0 002, the desired point control between SV 0 002 and SV 0 005 will not be processed/ displayed.

You can place a key station at specific points that you want ORD to process in between stations to neaten these types of issues up.
